When will my subscription ship for Accent Panels?
All orders ship within 3 business days from Rolling Buddies. After your first month your order will ship from Rolling Buddies your order date monthly. For example if you order on the 15th of the month your first order will ship on the 18th and every other order will ship on the 15th.
When will my subscription ship for Halloween Costumes & Accent Panels?
All orders ship within 3 business days from Rolling Buddies. After your first month your order will ship from Rolling Buddies on your order date monthly. For example if you order on the 15th of the month your first order will ship on the 18th and every other order will ship on the 15th. This excludes the Halloween costumes which will always ship on October 10th.
When can I expect my order?

What are my shipping options?
Rolling Buddies offers three shipping options. USPS Flat Rate shipping which is the method of shipping for our accent panels. USPS Priority for our Dress Up Costume orders due to size. We also offer USPS Express shipping on all our products if you would like it faster than ground shipping. We also do have the option for expedited shipping for an up charge with either UPS or Fedex. Currently, we reserve the right to select the carrier for your shipment. All shipments are insured.
What qualifies for free shipping?
We provide free first class mail shipping on all orders shipped inside the United States that are at least $50, and there's never a charge for orders shipped to APO and FPO addresses regardless of the value.
What countries do we ship to?
We currently only ship throughout the United States and Canada. However, if you are outside the US and would like to purchase our products please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept Paypal.
Use the PayPal button to check out with just an email and password. All information regarding payment and processing is handled by Paypal and Rolling Buddies complies with all their rules and regulations.
Credit/Debit Card Use

Credit Cards: The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically canceled.
Debit Cards: Payment is deducted from your account at the time your card is approved. A receipt is included with each order.
Sales tax is automatically applied to your Rolling Buddies order in accordance with individual state regulations if your shipping address is in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, or the District of Columbia.
You may cancel any Rolling Buddies order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled.

1. If the product works (but you do not wish to retain it) you can also send it back within a 90 day period for a refund. Return shipping reimbursement is unavailable.
2. In the unlikely situation that your product is faulty, you can send it back for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. Return shipping reimbursement is unavailable.
What is your refund policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 90 days. If returned between 15 and 90 days, an exchange or credit will be granted. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check. All returns must be unaltered and in saleable condition. Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Some exclusions may apply.
